The disabled character of Gregory House hits me where I live. He is exquisitely beautiful and beautifully portrayed.
Sometimes I feel David Shore created him just for me. Something inside me is continually compelled to explore parts
of House's life which are not embroiled in the fishbowl of PPTH. I've written fan-type fiction before, but never
with such passion with which I write Dr. House & Co. Let me lead you on some winding roads of adventure, silly
mystery, lots of pain and lots of compassion. If you'd like to comment, that would be nice, but it's not a requirement,
because this stuff is for my own entertainment as much as for yours! Cheers!

Summary, A/N: This monster is a joint venture. Taru and I asked ourselves the
question: "I wonder if Gregory House would be able to ride a horse with his crippled leg???" The answer to that
question is almost 300 pages long!
The writing was wonderful and fun. Taru supplied the location: a medical conference in the middle
of the Arizona desert. She gave us the characters: From the original Native American hospital
staff to the worst of the bad guys. She figured out a way for the bad guys to be REALLY bad and steal some secret software
from the government, then capture and torture our boys until they bled and their lives were in deadly danger. She came
up with the ideas and the neat poetry, and pulled off some great illustrations (if you look close, you may recognize
some of them!), and I did the story writing. It was five months of idiocy, but the end product was so much better for
being the sum of both of us! Oh yeah ... could Gregory House ride a horse with his crippled leg? Read
the story and find out!

Category: AU ... a "What-if?" story

Summary: What might happen if Gregory House were called upon to stand by James Wilson
after a devastating traffic accident in the same manner Wilson stood by House when his leg was so badly hurt? This is
mostly a story of friendship and devotion and one man's soul searching in the face of terrible bodily injury and wondering
if he is even capable of giving back as good as he got. It is also a story of wondering whether life would even
be worth living if you had to lose someone you did not know if you could live without.

Category: AU, due to having been written long before "Three Stories" Aired

Summary: This story is no longer valid in the House Canon, but it depicts the manner
in which Gregory House may have been injured so badly within another timeline. The story follows him through his lengthy
stay in the hospital, and the long torturous months in rehab. It tells of his triumphs and tragedies, of his youth
and his early adventures. You meet his mother and a few of his friends. And Wilson. Beautiful Wilson.
Always Wilson. And the developing relationship that creeps up on them before they even realize it themselves.
And it has a happy ending!

Summary: Wilson is watching House, supposedly without his friend's knowledge.
House is in pain and hiding in his office, and when Wilson finally finishes his day and goes by House's office to check, he
finds the doctor on the floor unable to move. Wilson, the giver of comfort, goes immediately to the rescue. (My
first House story).
