And cheating wives who cuddle

Neighbours with contagious viruses

But patients show up at the walk-in clinic with sniffles or if their ears ring

Doctors in lab coats make their best guesses

About symptoms like quickly spreading mysterious rashes

While House just blinks his eyelashes

He lets them remove MP3 players and splinters

Watching “General Hospital” clarity brings

And solving intricate mysteries is a pleasurable thing

When something’s not right

House’s words sting

When his pain’s bad

He just does something

Wickedly funny and then he doesn’t feel so sad

Bleeding noses and fake letters written

To get him to treat patients and old women who are smitten

By his dashing good looks and hip trendy clothes

He doesn’t have time for any of those
